Emboss Specialty, formerly Health Network One, a national leader in specialty care management and value‑based healthcare solutions, announced the appointments of Steve Baumgardner as senior vice president, pricing and underwriting, and Matt Squire as chief information and technology officer. The additions further strengthen the company's leadership team as it continues to expand its value-based specialty care management solutions for health plans nationwide.
As senior vice president, pricing and underwriting, Baumgardner will lead enterprise pricing strategy, underwriting, financial modeling, and deal economics to support profitable growth and strengthen the company’s commercial capabilities. He brings more than 30 years of experience in pricing, underwriting, and actuarial analysis across pharmacy benefit management, healthcare consulting, and insurance.
Squire, as chief information and technology officer, will oversee the company’s technology strategy, with a focus on artificial intelligence, digital transformation, data, security, and scalable platforms that support innovation and growth. He brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience spanning healthcare, cloud transformation, product development, data engineering, analytics, AI, and cybersecurity.
